Booking and Cancellation Policy Welcome to the booking and cancellation policy for the free discovery call. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth and beneficial experience. Booking Policy 1. How to Book: • Schedule your free discovery call through the “Free Discovery Call” section on my website. • Choose an available time slot that suits your schedule and confirm your booking. • You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your scheduled call. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 1. Cancellation Notice: • If you need to cancel your discovery call, please provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. 2. Rescheduling Notice: • You may reschedule your discovery call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. • To reschedule, access your appointment details through the confirmation email or contact me directly. 3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled call and rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee. • If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend the call, you will be invoiced £150 for the lost time. Fee for Late Cancellations and No-Shows • Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: £150 This fee is implemented to compensate for the lost opportunity to book other clients during your reserved time.
