Weekly Deep-Dive Calls: We meet for 90 minutes every week over Zoom. These aren't just "check-ins." They are deep, focused sessions where we look at the habits keeping you quiet and build the specific steps you need to move forward.
Daily Momentum: You won't be left to figure this out alone between calls. You will have me in your pocket with daily messages and check-ins. This keeps you steady and ensures you don't default back to old patterns of self-abandonment when life gets loud.
The Toolkit: You get full access to the guides, worksheets, and resources I have built to help you find clarity. These are practical, soul-led tools designed to help you calm your nervous system and trust your own voice.
Real-World Practice: We use exercises that go beyond the call. You will learn how to apply these shifts in your actual life, from setting boundaries at work to showing up fully in your relationships.

1. CHECK YOUR COMMITMENT: This work requires a real honest look at your life. Before you reach out, ask yourself how ready you are to change the habits that keep you hiding. On a scale of 1 to 10, you should feel like an 8 or higher. If you aren't there yet, that is okay, but this specific coaching process might not be the right fit for you today.
2. SAY HELLO: Fill out the contact form to let me know you are interested. It is a simple way for me to get a sense of who you are and what you want to change.
3. BOOK A CHAT: Once I receive your note, I will reach out to schedule a free call over Zoom. This is a no-pressure space for us to meet and see if we resonate.
4. SHARE YOUR STORY: I will send you a short application form to fill out at least 24 hours before we speak. This gives me the context I need to make sure our time together is useful and focused on your specific needs.
